Need your mail straight away?

We can open your mail each day it arrives, scan it to PDF, then send it as an attachment in an email to you.

We can then either forward the mail on to you once a week, once a month or whenever you request it. You can also instruct us to shred your mail if you don't need it sending on to you. Some of our clients only require cheques to be sent on and other mail shredded -  this is completely up to you. After receiving your scan mail just let us know if you want it shredding. Otherwise it will be sent on weekly or monthly as requested.

Cost

This option costs just £5 per month and is available for 3, 6 or 12 month terms and includes for up to 50 individual documents scanned and emailed per month.

We do not scan the following:

Junk mail, leaflets, brochures, pamphlets, any multi-part document or parts of any document larger than A4. We also do not scan any content we find of an unacceptable nature including content deemd of a sexual, racial, or other prohibited, abusive or offensive nature. We will scan professional business mail only.

Note: Any mail content we deem to be illegal will require us to contact the appropriate Law enforcement authority and any activity we deem to be suspicious will also result in the same action.
