As an additonal option we can open, scan and email your mail contents to you for just £5 a month, payable 3, 6 or 12 months in advance. You can then choose to instruct us to shred and discard the originals or we can save them up and send a bulk package to you, keeping your mail forwarding costs down to a minimum.

Who can use this service?

Whether you are a sole trader, partnership, LLP, PLC or a limited company, we can offer you this service (subject to your personal ID and address verification). You can use it for up to 2 business names.

This service is ideal for web-based businesses who don't send out packages (and thus dont need a returns address as we can't accept parcels through this service) if all you need is a business address to comply with the EC Directive Distance Selling Regulations (all websites should comply and not just ecommerce). Most people don't want to use their home address so our virtual office service is the perfect solution, including for use as a registered office address and a directors service address for your limited company.

How do I get started?

We hold a certificate for Money Laundering Regulations, Registration No. 12638196. This is a legal requirement for providing company mailing and registered address services.
